The next order of business  to come before the committee was SB  52-                                                        
TERMINATION OF STATE PHYS THERAPY BOARD.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
There being no discussion  or questions, SENATOR THERRIAULT moved to                                                            
calendar SB 52 with its accompanying zero fiscal note.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Hearing no objection, CHAIR  PEARCE announced SB 52 was approved for                                                            
calendaring.
